Reservations

How to make an online reservation?

To make an online reservation just complete and submit the entry form. Afterthat, you will received a confirmation so please remember to provide us a valid email address and phone number. We will ask for your flight number to track your arrival.

Should I pay in advance?

Yes, you must pay the same day you make the reservation. We accept credit cards, bank transfers from argentinian accounts or cryptocurrencies.

How far ahead should I book?

There´s no minimun time for booking but we strongly reccomend to book as soon as possible. Make sure that you can get your van!

In the event I will need to cancel a reservation, How is the process?

You can cancel for free up to 12 hours before the reserved time. If you choose not to travel with us with less than 12 hours of notice there will be no refund. You can also reschedule your booking since airlines may change your fligh. To ensure an available transport please let us know any change as soon as possible.

Our services are that ones that you can rely on for a purpose to be taken together with your luggage to and from the airport with comfort. So, no more lines, no more worries, simply leave everything to us and we will do the best for you. We can also schedule transfers to any destination you can need.

Yes, our drivers are bilingual and local experts that will help you at arrival.

Yes, we welcome pets and service dogs.

Payment Options

How Can I pay?

You may pay for your transfer with credit/debit card or bank deposit or cryptocurrencies.

Can I pay with US dollar or other currency?

No, we don´t take cash payments.

Can I get a receipt for the transfer?

Yes, we provide a receipt for our services. You can choose if you like a paper or digital receipt and we can email it to you.

If I book both my arrival and return should I pay both?

Yes. You can also make one reservation and payment at the time.

About the transfer

Can we pick up or drop off passangers in different destinations?

Yes, if needed we schedule door to door service. Please let us know in advance since fees may apply.

Do you have luggage carrier?

Yes, we can transport anything from surf boards or extra luggage.

Can I bring my own child seat?

Of course, our vans have ISOFIX safety so any seat can be used. We can store your seat without charge as well.

Are your vehicles safe?

We work with all kind of cars and Vans. These are very safe vehicles that complies with the highest safety standars: ESP, ABS, Airbags. All our vehicles are registered and tested yearly.
